"Fresh and Tastes Right"
I got my Nescafe order and it seemed fresh as soon as I opened it. The smell was nice, and the coffee tasted exactly like it should. It wasn’t some ridiculous life-changing coffee moment or anything, but there was no stale taste and no weird aftertaste, so I’m happy with it overall.

"Easy to Follow, Almost Too Easy"
I liked that the ingredients were super easy to find and I didn’t have to guess what anything was, which made the whole thing stress-free. At the same time, it almost felt a little too simple, like I was expecting at least one tricky item to make it more interesting. Still, I can’t really complain because it made shopping quick and easy

"Pretty good value, honestly"
I’ve ordered from nescafe.com a few times now, the prices are decent for what you get. When there’s a deal going on, it feels even more worth it?? The coffee usually lasts me longer than I think it will, which is always a nice surprise. Delivery was totally fine too, nothing special, but no issues either. For the price, I’m happy and I’d probably order again.

"Great first impression"
Right from the first sip, I noticed how smooth this coffee was. It doesn’t have that watery feel some instant coffees do, which was a nice surprise. The crema sits on top really nicely too, and it makes my morning cup feel a little more special.

"Pretty Smooth, Surprisingly"
The order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box was in good shape, and tracking was easy enough to follow, even if it wasn’t exactly groundbreaking. It did arrive one day later than the first estimate, but that wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably use Nescafé again...

"Good coffee, no fuss"
I’ve been ordering from nescafe.com mostly for the classic instant coffee, and it’s just been really consistent. When you open the jar the smell is nice right away, and it mixes in easy without those weird little bits sitting at the bottom, which always annoys me.
The taste is smooth enough for my everyday coffee and not super bitter like a few other brands I’ve tried. Packaging showed up fine too, no drama or anything. Nothing fancy to say really, just good coffee that I keep buying becuase it does the job.

"Coffee’s okay, packaging… not so much"
The coffee itself is fine, honestly. No complaints there. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but the packaging still feels way more wasteful than it needs to be. There’s a lot of plastic and mixed materials, and where I live, that stuff is basically impossible to recycle properly. For such a big brand, I kind of expected them to have figured this out by now. So yeah, it’s a bit disappointing

"Consistent and reliable coffee"
I’ve been buying these same nescafe jars for a long time now, the taste has stayed really consistent (which I appreciate more than I expected). I haven’t noticed any weird batches or sudden changes in the smell or flavor. I’ve also ordered from nescafe a few times, and everything arrived exactly how I thought it would. It’s just simple, steady coffee — nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point. That’s why I keep going back

"Support Was Surprisingly Decent"
Had a tiny little issue with my Nescafe order, nothing to get dramatic about, obviously. I messaged support and, to their credit, they replied quickly and fixed it without turning it into a whole annoying saga. kind of refreshing dealing with a company that actually answers you.

"It feels like it’s the same…"
It feels like it’s the same few options, every single time, so after a while, it just gets kind of boring. I wish there was a little more variety, because I’d probably enjoy it more if it didn’t feel so repetitive.

"Solid everyday coffee with an easy ordering experience"
I order from nescafe every now and then, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The coffee strength is good for instant coffee — enough of a kick in the morning without tasting too harsh. I have noticed a few jars seem slightly weaker than others, not sure why, so I’d give it 4 stars. Still, it’s a reliable everyday coffee and super easy to make when I’m barely awake.

"Too Sweet and Poorly Handled"
I ordered from Nescafé, and the coffee itself was just okay. My main issue was how sweet it tasted, I don’t mind a little sugar, but this was so sweet it pretty much covered up the coffee flavor. Also, the package looked like it had been handled carelessly, which was annoying. Not the best experience overall.

"The flavor is fine, but I keep…"
The flavor is fine, but I keep ending up with little bits of coffee sitting at the bottom of my cup, even when I use hot water and stir well. For something sold as instant coffee, I feel like it should actually mix in properly, that just seems fair. It’s not the worst thing, but dealing with it every morning gets annoying...
